I am very disappointed that the State of Illinois has to pay these fees for what was such a clearly unconstitutional law from the start

as far as the ESRB goes, has anyone else noticed how strict they are in how the rating is displayed on a game -vs- movies..

Biggest kick I get is that it has to listed on the front of a game (even if its rated E) and even an NC-17 movie is only listed on the back..

I think ppl need to leave the game industry alone for a few years and hound Hollywood...

my 2c..

Obviously we Americans must take it on ourselves better represent outselves to the goverment so they understand we are NEVER in favor of censorship. We not only must let our representives in our federal, and state courts we want the same rules that are applied to press and media companys that protect the freedom of speech applied to video games.

You should send letters to your state & federal representive demanding they protect video games with the same vigor that they protect the free press, TV, and movie industry. You should donate heavily to any body that protects the first admendment. And you should appaude the efforts of the Electronics Software Association in striking down these unfair, and unjust laws.
