I've been playing for the past 3 hours and have noticed 2 glitches.

1. The four of diamonds actually had 5 diamonds on
the card

2. I hosted a $4,000 buy-in Regional Tournament. As
soon as the high card was dealt to determine the dealer, everyone got booted from the table and I won the tournament (sweet for me, sucks for hem) O

Other than that, I absolutely LOVE it.

@DeejayKnight: "The first player has a Pair of Aces along with his Straight, am I correct?"

That'd be nice, but no. That straight requires five cards, 10-J-Q-K-A. There's no room for a pair of Aces.

Glitched while waiting...

I was waiting at a table and finally got to where I only had to wait for the next hand. After the hand the guy that was going to be the small blind quit. That made the big blind skip me and it told me that I had to wait another 7 hands. That's about the time I turned my 360 off.

FSFunky, you're being ridiculous with your statement that HDTVs cost 3000 euro in Holland. For as low as 350 euro you can get a small screen Samsung LCD TV that can display the Xbox 360s 720p HDTV resolution. Larger screens will of course cost more. It is true that for large 1080i LCD screens you're getting close to 3000 euro but you don't need 1080i for the Xbox 360 of course. 720p is the soft spot.

i find all this griping quite funny really, the game was free when you all downloaded it and it might have some flaws, but to be honest i have had a blast on it and even witht he slow multiplayer if you find a good room its still great craic.

if they patch it in future then cool, but if they dont, i still have had hours of fun playing it and will still get hours of fun out of it.

I find it funny how people have to have HDTVs to actually see everything on the screen clearly (in some of these games).
The "upgrade or suffer crappy graphics" doesn't apply to just PC gamers any more does it?

Yeah couple of issues; waiting for the Big Blind to play in multiplayer is a standard rule but having the option to match the Big Blind would make sense, not being able to spectate after dropping out of games is stupid. I've had some crashes and connection issues which is a bit poor given that we can play PDZ/GRAW with 32/16 players no issues.

Being able to skip AI animations etc... would be nice but not essential. It's a reasonable game that with a new touches an fixes would be a great social experience.

last night I just kept going all in on a 50k bankroll table. I'm in the hole over 2M now. :)

Played the Dead Rising demo then loaded up Texas Hold’em and the screen froze with a checker board effect rebooted and now I’m getting the ring of death. I purchased the service contract that’s good to 2008 so MS is fixing it free of charge but there is defiantly something wrong with the launch day Xbox’s. But have no fear I auto recovered my gamertag and dusted off old faithful (original XBox) so I'll still be able to game online this weekend.

Ice, err...your 360 already HAS a mute function...

Select that person in the guide and hit the Mute function.

Even though most of these posts are people who prolly don't even HAVE a 360...

For free, it's pretty good all-around.

The cheating thing will kill it quick unless they patch this thing, though. Twice while playing in Tournaments (Invitationals, free buy-in) the entire table suddenly dropped out and I was left as the winner.

Once while playing in the Regionals ($4000 buy in), the same thing happened except it left one other guy and myself, we played on for 1st and 2nd place.

Another time playing in the Regionals ($4000 buy in), I just randomly got booted from Xbox Live. No idea if it was the game, something with my wireless service, or what. But I lost the $4000. Obviously I can't complain since overall these glitches put me up $20,000 and I'm still up $16,000 but I would MUCH rather have them even the playing field.

I have heard people talking that some players figured out how to do it - they do something and the game ends for everybody and everybody gets 1st place $$.

Let's hope they get a patch ASAP.

A patch is needed. Read about this strange stuff happening in the game: http://rapture.hushedcasket.com/09/15/2006/texas_hold_em_and_the_tens_of_clubs
