Would be nice if the 360 supported an external HDD for videos and such. They should still lockdown gamesaves, demos, and XBLA games to the 360 HDD but if they want to truly start downloading major content like TV shows then they need to support external HDDs.

also, as a huge fan of BSG... let me just say that this recap was boring as hell.

Cool idea for bringing in new fans.
I loved the original as I kid and love this re-imagined version even more so for different reasons. Two different kinds of shows. One is pure action, campy fun and the other is dramatic, gritty fun. Here is hoping they still a page from Ron Moore when Abrams will re-imagine Star Trek. Lord knows BSG was not as "sacred" as Star Trek is but I would love to see it re-imagined and get new life.

I'm with Scott. And playlist support on a non-MP3 external storage device would be nice, too.

This is pretty cool. If they can deliver this show, why not any show? Imagine the possibilities. And I don't mind about the SD. My 360 is actually on SDTV anyway.

RangerPrime - Interestingly enough, Star Trek Voyager WAS supposed to be what BSG is now. The origional premise that was brought to the table by Ron Moore was that the crew were not gonna have the commodities that the Enterprise crew had. Being on the run, having constant supply shortages, battle fatigue, low moral. the whole she-bang. He also wanted to do away with the 'reset' button altogether, and have damage accumulate on the decks, and the hull.

But because of conflicts in interest, and no emphasis of character developer (or character at all) by the other producers... he dropped o ut.

"Apart from a bigger drive, what we reall need is a way to transfer this stuff to a computer (or Zune), or better yet get it there to start, yet still play on our 360 with ease."

Wait...you mean you wanna download content on your PC and then serve it up on the 360? That's what a Media Center PC and a 360 can already do.

Of course, I'm cursed with an XP PC and not enough time to troubleshoot the stupid "Windows Media Connect" so I can't even get my music streamed. Of course, plugging my Zen Vision:M into my 360 takes about 3 seconds...so I'm not complaining that much. (^_^)
