I'm pretty sure the fact that we can vibrate the other users controler has been well established, many times over. I would think there must be something more interesting to talk about.

He didn't say anything like this at all. He simply said what everyone else said, that you can vibrate the other person's controller with the triggers. Why do people always have sexual references to EVERYTHING these days?...
The vibrate thing was more-than-likely introduced to get the person's attention, like MSN Messenger's nudges.
But like everything these days, people will find a way to abuse it...

I thought the same exact thing when he made the comment about the vibrations. Why else would they have a feature like that?
