There wasn't a lot of lip-to-lip kissing among the siblings in my household.

There wasn't a lot of lip-to-lip kissing among you and your siblings growing up? Then what the hell were -my- parents having us do?

"I hate all those wannabees. F that show. F reality tv... I mean reality acting. Hows that for a post."

Sounds like a forced and half-baked attempt at rebelling against popular garbage. Now, starting up a massive effort to get a group of people to get on TRL, and shout at once "1, 2, 3, MTV SUCKS!" on national TV, now that's a rebellion.

Also, proclaiming that "having fun" is a feature? The idiocy-detecting section of my brain was screaming at the very second I read that. Unfortunately, I know somebody's getting promoted for that as well.

I saw a Tech Tv segment in Ottawa canada few weeks ago that was on virtual worlds and how real people are living secondary lives. What really caught my attention was this new world being created where the plot of the story is the real world. www.Weblo.com is targeted to causal players and is backed by former chairman of myspace.com. other worlds like D&G is very popular so MTV has real competition on their hand. If they are trying to fit in as a hardcore virtual world they have an uphill battle with D&G, secondlfe etc. and if they are gearing towards casual gaming and fun weblo’s plot based on the real world will be hard to beat.

To think I spend most of my days trying to avoid people like this, why the hell would I want to become one in a virtual world? MTV you are out of touch.

I attempted to make a joke account to see how bad it was; turns out that it's based off the Second Life clone, There, and requires both Windows and IE.

MTV = lose.
