Just behind Lair on my PS3 must have list is was Warhawk. I'm not a big fan of the recent news regarding this title:

Implementation of ground missions (which probably caused the delay)
While I was looking forward to thIs as perhaps being the next Crimson Skies, it looks like Sony is on a mission to deliver something else entirely. The new TGS trailer looks great though -- as long as you close your eyes during the non-flying missions. They do not impress.
