I agree that Episodic *must* mean regular and frequent, releases. Monthly seems a good target. Worryingly though, the second episode is already due two months after the first. Who's to say the next two months' offerings won't do the same?

You can't differentiate episodic and standard gaming without frequent releases. And let's be honest, weekly would be ideal.

I'm sure they could do weekly releases - be about 30 minutes in length. I think I would actually prefer that over 2 hours a month. Have a little 2 minute animation at the start of each episode to recap the previous one and add something more visually exciting - who else loves cut-scenes!?!?

I guess then it comes down to how they would price it? Maybe in blocks of 4 - $9.95 each block or $35 for the full season of 24 episodes :)

As it is going to be now; I hope they give you the opportunity to buy the discs at the start of the season - then give you access to monthly downloads and then they ship the discs once the season is over... oooh packaged and instant download goodness :D

This game should be alot of fun to play with, only thing I see as a probelm is paying a monthly subscription to play online.I had hoped this would not become a trend in the gaming industry since it costs the consumer more money.
