Love the little throwbacks to System Shock(alarm timers...) and the atmosphere. This video sold me on the game.

I'd say Blue Dragon or Bioshock.

I just hope they don't have enemies that respawn like they did in system shock 2.

Also, that booth babes video is disturbing. Over half the shots are aimed at the lower half of these girls and from a distance with zoom on. some camera man is a peeping Tom. And that music made it sound like the camera man was stalking them

Bias is a noun, dude. Kind of like saying "I'm somewhat car" or "I'm somewhat banana".
Hate to nitpick, but this is a pet peeve. This little quirk of non-English seems to be unique to the gaming community. The correct word is "biased."

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Lost Planet - When I downloaded the demo for this game during E3 I wasn't all that impressed, but after seeing the multiplayer, and hearing so much about it I feel that I should give it a second chance.
Blue Dragon - I haven't played a Japanese RPG in a long time, as I got really tired of the linear stories. Blue Dragon, however, looks like a game I could get into. I'm excited to play it and see if my mind can be changed about the JRPG.

Is there an estimated release date for that game?

Oh wait, that wasn't a game, but that was a danm great video, hahaha!

Don't get too excited with the System Shock and Deus Ex [the original] hype. Bioshock is developed by Looking Glass Studios: Ken Levine, Jonathan Chey, and Robert Fermier. Deus Ex was Spector, not them, and their games since System Shock 2 were mostly Tribes: Vengeance (bOOOOring) and SWAT 4, which I recall earned Gamespot's Worst Product Placement award. Let your friends try it out first.

Joystiq is teh Sony/M$ fanboyz!

Trusty Bell will be coming to US shores under the name of Eternal Sonata.

Also, why does nobody seem interested in White Knight Story? Because it's PS3? I think it looks fantastic, and Level 5 has a more than solid history. I'm not a fan of the PS3 in the slightest, but it looks like a great title for me to pick up when I get a PS3 for $200 in a few years and go play all the awesome "old" games for $20 each ;D.

Most noticebly the mini mecha was your side kick in the game named "Metal Gear Mk II"

AHHA!
Kojima made reference to it in his blog!

Furthermore, as he's talking about exploration he walks into a bathroom - that's not new, good ol' duke nukem 3d did that! Being able to explore a bathroom even though it's not required to progress doesn't make it anything special. All FPS's are exploritory in nature - that's why all the hidden items and health packs are under stairs and in crates!
Also, if this game is meant to avoid cliches, why does the character get stuck in a 'kill everyone in the room to escape the trap' scenario at the end of the clip?
That entire bioshock video could be completed in a couple of minutes if they didn't stop every 2 seconds to try and show something they consider as special.
Fancy water effects are not enough to save this derivative FPS from the dulldrums of mediocrity.
Also, it's taking a step backwards from Doom 3 with the interface of objects such as the security switch and the vending machine. Why can't we see a hand pushing the lever?
Very unimpressed.

And the trap at the end? I thought it was great, who says he is gonna have to fight them all. There will most likely be many options on how to get out alive.
Sure the video could have been two minutes long, but it seems the majority of people enjoyed all the 'special' things.
You have a right to your own opinion, but too bad it sucks. :)
Oh...so that was what made Doom 3 revolutionary and why Half-life 2 wasn't innovative at all, the ability to see their hand.

I believe this is what they consider a "presentation video" Even though they make it seem that the video is an actual level from the game, I'm sure they didn't want hard to find security controls and other game aspects all over the place making the video a montage of spread out clips. Also some people might like to know about what's happening in the game, and enjoy hearing about their features. Not all of us go "OHHH TITE Grafix, plz blow somthin up!11"
BTW I'm pretty sure you could see a hand and "more" in Trespasser released back in 98.

Bioshock looks incredible.

Big Daddy walks around and protects little sister. Splicers attack anyone. The irritant gives them a target. Security system attacks you. The blue thingy gives them a target. It all seemed pretty standard to me.
As for the graphics, they looked pretty nice. The water effects were great. However, the environments weren't spectacular.
Finally, the idea of modding your weapon or your body isn't anything new. This guy did a really bad job of trying to make things sound interesting.

BTW, I wish people would stop calling Gyakuten Saiban 4 "Phoenix Wright 4". Phoenix only became the main character in GS (aka Ace Attourney) for the 3rd game. Now he's getting his own offshoot game (Phoenix Wright 2), while Gyakuten Saiban is continuing on with a different lead character (again). Gyakuten Saiban =/= Pheonix Wright.

I didn't explain that well the first time, my bad.
And you're right Ranaul, I have no idea if the dude must shoot his way out of the room at the end, that was an assumption by me based on the derivative nature of the rest of the game. I could be wrong, and hope that there is another option.
I've heard nothing about Bioshock before this video and again, it didn't impress me one bit.
To each their own, that's why we have such variety in our gaming!

While Bioshock looks good, I don't see alot of innovation in it. Or maybe the video didn't do justice with this "moral options" that we have in the game, which sounds the most interesting.
And Lost Planet looks like crap.
