NICE!!! Will get it the day it comes out. $199 with a movie (even though it is Kong, ehh)! Price was what I expected, although it would have been nice if they offered the drive only for $149, then it would truely be awesome! Bye Bye PS3/BR! It was nice never knowing you!

Dear Santa....!

Yep, I'm definitely getting this. Works out cheaper (in the UK) than a PS3.

It would have been nice if this was $75, but yeah I'll still buy it.

NICE!!!

I'll be hooking day one no matter what. This is a must have for the 360 and at that price point its a no-brainer.

Definetly a good time to be a 360 gamer.

I wish they'd give a date. I want to own this before November 28th, when Superman, Superman II, Superman II the Donner Cut, and Superman Returns all come out on HD-DVD. F King Kong. I want to see what it looks like when a guy catches a 777 in 1080p

Between the Wii, Zelda, Superman Returns for the 360 (Which looks freakin amazing) the HD-DVD Drive, and all those Superman movies coming out on HD-DVD I'm f'ing screwed this November.

My rebate from my 360 repair will be going towards this. I actually really liked King Kong so I'm glad to have it packed in.

King Kong will be nice, but it'll totally be really dark on traditional TV's, just like the game.

I'm getting this given that the image quality is as good as the standalone players. I'm not going blind into this, I'll wait for reviews from video gurus.

I'm curious if the remote is the identical MS 360 media remote that currently sells for $30 or if it's going to be the shorty remote that was available in the Premium 360 package at launch for a limited time. Where there any pictures of the HD-DVD package?
