Yes, this is apparently an eight month old commercial for GameTap, but it just gives us such a warm, fuzzy feeling. Especially on this Friday at the tail end of a week featuring much hullabaloo from the Tokyo Game Show and X06. We need to see some more video games make the leap to puppetized entertainment. A fingerpuppet version of Katamari Damacy? Sold. Master Chief marionettes? We're down with it. Um Jammer Lammy ventriloquist dummies? Sign us up. Hell, we'd settle for some Grand Theft Auto coloforms too.
Puppets (not robots, pirates, ninjas, or vikings) will one day rule the world. We just want to be ready for when that happens.
