Does anyone know whether or not Nintendo plans Fusion Tour dates outside the US? Thanks.

I was actually working this show and was told I wasn't allowed to play any of the games. Then when I finally got off, they started tearing down all the systems. I cried a little.

How can you upload videos of a Wii event and not actually show any gameplay? Worst. Videoblogging of an event. Ever.

Man, Franky D, I was wanting to disagree with you... but I must say, that was worthless...

I was at the Detroit show, and i actually played on that very same kiosk thing with Metroid Prime 3. And someone took a video of the person ahead of me playing it, too.

Does anyone else get the feeling that this kid is a little too happy with the zoom?

That's EXACTLY what I was thinking. That was three of the most pointless Wii videos ever put on the internet. If I only had a car, I'd be able to go to the Aneheim event.

"5. So the blue light is gone? bummer."

I didn't watch the vids yet, but this discussion has been going on for some time. The blue light around the disc slot is on while waiting for a disc; it goes off when the disc is inserted. This is an absolute neccessity. I have an external harddrive with a bright blue LED that I actually had to disconnect because it is so irritating - and I'm not looking in its direction trying to play a video game.

The light's still there and functioning correctly.

I'll have some hopefully slightly more interesting footage from the Nintendo Fusion Tour later next week after my attendance next Tuesday. Look for that.

This reader sucks at taking video. If someone was turning on the friggen system, I would have the camera pointed at the TV, not some guys' head.

I'm pretty sure the blue light isn't gone.
