Shell head and Stretcho highlight new Alliance trailers

In less than three weeks, Activision will begin shipping Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and there's been a steady stream of trailer updates over the past month. Iron Man and Mr. Fantastic are the latest attractions, and although these heroes are both geniuses, they have their flaws -- one has a drinking problem, and the other spends too many hours in the lab. If you ask me, Reed Richards' greatest accomplishment is bagging Sue Storm, so you have to wonder where this guy's priorities are.

Which four heroes will you be using for your Ultimate team?

I will most likely be getting this game the day it come out. Everything I've seen so far has been real promising...and the lineup of heroes (and especially villains) has me pretty excited.

And after watching the Ironman video, I will most definitely be using him amongst my team. He looks like a lot of fun.

Ironman, Ghost Rider, Thor, and Dr. Strange will be an awesome team.

I like the idea of this game, but the execution is going to bother me. SO your Iron Man huh? Running around in boxy hallways? The environments look TINY. Going from one part of a room to the other takes 8 steps. Why would I want to be spiderman, Iron Man or the Hulk in such a boring confinded space?

I'll be playing this with my brother in-law, and we'll probably use Spider-Man, Blade, The Thing, and Elektra. This game will have sick replay value, especially if the level designs are halfway decent. They were so-so for X-Men Legends.

Iron Man was lame in X-men Legends 2, so i hope he can be better in Alliance. I will probably get this game out of longing for my Legends games, since they are still not backwards compatable...

Spidy, Cap, Thing, and Iron Man will make up my team.

Depends on their powers and stats in the final release, but I'm considering making my team Deadpool, Iceman, Luke Cage, and Spider-Woman... they could be totally lame, though.

Re: Iron Man's drinking problem - I read a few of the first issues of the Ultimates. I got a good laugh out of Stark telling Fury that the only way he can get into the Iron Man suit is by having a couple of drinks.

I'm thinking I might go with a bruiser team the firs time through. Hulk, Thing, Thor, & Iron Man.

HMMMM, I would say Hulk, Ironman, Thor, Wolverine most likely. But we'll have to see. Do any of you know the official line up of who all is gonna be in the game?

I'm so excited for this game...

My team will probably be something like Dr. Strange, Luke Cage, Captain America, and somebody else... It's really hard to choose, doubly so when we don't even know the full roster yet.

I'm waiting for the PC version so I can play ALL the characters including the NPC's ... so long as the Mod community can figure it out, like they did with Ledgends II. I love playing as Dark Beast and Archangel.
