Am I extra dorky because I want to get Clubhouse Games to play bridge over WiFi?
Martin @ Oct 9th 2006 11:33AM
"EA's Tiger Woods ships for all major platforms except the 360 (that ships next week). "
So when did GameCube and DS not become major platforms. Really, how is PSP major platform but DS isn't?
Petrie @ Oct 9th 2006 11:36AM
Martin, though its worded badly I'd assume they meant to indicate that of the available platforms, the 360 is the only version not shipping this week. For once I don't think this is a dig at Nintendo, simply bad grammar on the part of the writer.
straitbrain @ Oct 9th 2006 11:38AM
D.I.R.T.: Origin Of The Species - this one is hardcore!
Baba @ Oct 9th 2006 11:41AM
Does Clubhouse Games include Euchre? If so, I am buying it.
dantebk @ Oct 9th 2006 11:50AM
The only one I'm buying is Clubhouse Games for DS. On Saturday, my GF and I downloaded a demo of it at the Target Download Station and took turns playing it while waiting for a table at a restaurant. Much fun. Plus online WiFi multiplayer for every single of the 40+ games? For $30?
I may even stop at Best Buy on the way home from work Tuesday. Very psyched.
BIGGEN @ Oct 9th 2006 11:48AM
#1 if you notice, tiger isn't shipping on DS, GBA, or GC. this is because it ISN'T SHIPPING FOR THOSE SYSTEMS. aren't we sensetive?
can't wait for the 360 version.

Family Fued sweet!

I got to play a little Scarface on the xbox and I must say it is a lot of fun! Taunting to fill up your "balls" meter to go into blind range and go apeshit on people is awesome. The voice-over work is pretty good. You feel like you are dropped right into the movie, well the end of the movie that is...
gamerx @ Oct 9th 2006 11:53AM
Clubhouse Games! man ive been waiting for this game to ship ever since it was announced at E3. i recommend everyone check out the review at IGN, i dont know why it hasnt been advertized much but this game is amazing cuz of the online play.
Christopher7xii @ Oct 9th 2006 12:08PM
Tales of the Abyss
Clubhouse Games
Mortal Kombat
Scarface
In that order. God, it's a massively wet dream for RPG fans this season. FFXII, FF3, FF5, Tales of the Abyss, Disgaea 2, Okami, Xenosaga 3, Valkyrie Profile 2, Contact, and Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. It's more hours of entertainment than you can shake a stick at!
LaughingTarget @ Oct 9th 2006 12:12PM
Christopher7xii -
Don't forget Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner.
Christopher7xii @ Oct 9th 2006 12:31PM
Oh dude, you're right. I was just rattling off the top of my head. Other important titles I missed...
Neverwinter Nights 2
Rogue Galaxy
.hack//GU
Phantasy Star Universe
Children of Mana

Scarface is actually a lot of fun. I've spent some time with the PC version, and while it is kind of a GTA clone, it definintly feels different.
And I'm picking up Dawn of War: Dark Crusade first thing tuesday. I can't wait to play as the Necrons.
Gonzo @ Oct 9th 2006 12:57PM
It's Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Dark Crusade for me.
I've been waiting for Tau to enter the frey.
Mike @ Oct 9th 2006 1:23PM
MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and scarface kool
jayntampa @ Oct 9th 2006 4:37PM
It's all about SMT: Devil Summoner for me! I can't wait :)
Paul @ Oct 9th 2006 3:29PM
Where's Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War - Dark Crusade? It's supposed to ship today.
CJC @ Oct 9th 2006 4:34PM
WAAAAAAAY too many good RPGs, too soon. I think I can be happy with just Tales of the Abyss until I have a bit more money to spend.
Colonel Angus @ Oct 9th 2006 7:44PM
scarface is the suprise of the year for me so far. I thought it would fall into the same low quality rushed movie tie-in category as resevoir dogs. Scarface can give san andreas a run for it's money.
better graphics, better voice acting, better targeting, etc. It's pretty fun.
Ian @ Oct 11th 2006 8:28PM
dantebk: CHG doesn't have wi-fi for every single game. Still awesome game though.
Baba: Unfortunately, no Euchre :(
