It's Aphex Twin, not Twins. Richard David James is just one man.

Maybe its because I havn't had my coffee yet, but I think playing that for more than 3 minutes would make me nausious. Oh, and those cliches when you pass a level . . its not realy funny when you do it on purpose. Lines like that are only good when they aren't meant ot be funny. That just sounds realy realy forced.

Why is everything compared to Geometry Wars? I totally hated that game. But on the otherhand, this one looks totally cool.

As hakobus pointed out, he's one genious, not two.

His music saved my life.

Thank you Hakobus for pointing that out, I thought I was gonna be the only one to notice that.

@Awol & Hakobus:
What's the track called, and which album is it from? Haven't really followed his work since 'I Care...' and 'Richard D James', but I like the sound of this one.

Tempest 2000 on the Jaguar is one of the most fun, intense games I have ever played. This one, though, looks quite distracting and hard to play. I hope he includes Tempest 2000 or 3000 as a bonus.

@ElD

It's Milkman on Richard D James. David Firth made a cartoon about it. Kind of an odd choice for a game though.

Is it just me or does that game look too damn confusing. I can't see an enemy bullet or your own bullet. How the hell can u dodge stuff you can't see, its just like millions of rainbows and explosions and god how can anyone see that stuff.

Saying "nothing more than an updated Tempest 2000" makes it sound like a bad thing. Tempest X (or whatever it was called) on PS was one of my favorite games. I can't wait for this to hit!

Girls, keep in mind this game isn't even half done. The sound effects were just added last week and are mostly temp. The music track is definitely temp.

This game will be BAD ASS.

The Youtube video is old. The one on Xboxyde is of a far more complete game. They're totally different, but the post makes it sound like they're the same thing just encoded differently.

Seriously, just delete the reference to Youtube (and Aphex Twin, since he's only in that one).

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Jeff Minter is the king of the twitch genre. I cannot wait for this game.

Is this the same guy who was developing the fabled vaporware Utopia for the Gamecube?

You're thinking of Unity. That was him. :)
