It looks cool but wouldn't the loose hairs creap all over and inside your DS? I only say it 'cause just having my DS in my pocket picks up lint and such and I could see it getting under the screen.

dont u think they can come upwith better homebrew than this? lets see a web browser for it. lets see this thing change songs on my itunes on my comp during a party. lets do something like make it into a gps. i got a psp and then got a ds lite and now regret it. besides the good games that all it can do. now we can stitch a nes case. 1. It's nostalgia that people still appreciate. So what? Be nice. No one's trying to make you appreciate the NES anyway.

3. If you want online browsing, that's what your computer's for, or are you not able to afford one?? Seriously, on screens as small as the PSP and DS, do you REALLY want to browse the internet on them? They're game consoles! And the fact that either system puts up GOOD game titles is the primary issue.

Anyway, nice job on the DS lite case, it's cute. Creative.

i wonder if you could make one that looked like an original gameboy...those were awesome- and then had that sort of prism shape that would fit a ds.

It's plastic canvas, actually, not cross stitch.

tip:
There is a web browser homebrew. Two of them, in fact. DSLinux has both Links and Retawq ported, both of which work well.

Moonshell plays a variety of music formats (and a special video format) very well, there have been remote control programs made including a standard VNC client, and DSOrganize does streaming audio over the Internet.

In fact, I can even settle your last remaining statement:
Someone /has/ stuck a GPS module onto a DS, actually.

I have to agree with the first comment... what's with this NES thing?
In fact, what's with this whole DS Skinning thing?
Those sticker skins look ridiculous... at least this one covers the whole system seamlessly, I guess.

I again throw my support behind the Mad Catz "Custom Showcase" for DS Lite.

`Best $15 you'll spend on your DS.
