Ahhh, we finally got our hands on Double Agent. And I have to say it was worth the wait. Very fun! But they shouldn't give you weapons in some parts of the game if they want you to complete the mission without killing anything!

Also Phoenix Wright 2 ships this week--in Japan.

It will include the full English language version, just like the previous game, and Play-Asia is selling it for $30. I've already placed my order.

Gamecube still has games coming out?
Wow. It's not over yet I guess.
Good selection for the underappreciated system.
Should hold the folks over until Wii hits the streets.

This is really a historic week. It's one of the last weeks before we get the new consoles, PS3 and Wii.
I am going to try to get Splinter Cell, because I played the demo is awesome.
FSK405K @ Oct 23rd 2006 12:36PM
Gamecube has its last blockbuster coming, not until December. Only after that will I expect nothing.

You forgot .Hack//G.U./Rebirth for the PS2! I've been waiting for that forever ...
I'm also picking up Touch Detectice and Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the PSP (if Nova is in it, as rumored).

While there are a lot of games I want to play, I will be purchasing none of them until after the 19th of November, as I need to save up to pay off the rest of my Wii.
I can still rent games, however (except for 360 games, which at Blockbuster now require I have a credit card)! If I can get a Hollywood Video account, or some other renting store, I'll pick up Double Agent and trek through that. And if .hack//GU is out there, I will rent that as well, and maybe even some Tokobot Plus.
I cancelled my PSU preorder because of my Wii (will pick up after the holidays) and then there's Magical Starsign I want to play also. Maybe I can nab one as part of my Christmas wishlist...

They were suppose to release Test Drive unlimited for the PC this week, i guess they are pushing it back to next year? anyone know why?
AoE @ Oct 23rd 2006 2:01PM
Blake, what is this Fantasy Star Universe for PC you speak of? Is it anything like Phantasy Star Universe on 360?
@Firegirl, if you need a game to deprive you of weapons to keep you from indiscriminately killing, Splinter Cell probably isn't the franchise for you ;)
Anonymous @ Oct 23rd 2006 2:40PM
Scurge: Hive, Touch Detective, Phoenix Wright 2, RE 10th, and maybe Might and Magic.
Anderson Imes @ Oct 23rd 2006 4:32PM
Isn't double agent for the 360?
CJC @ Oct 23rd 2006 5:01PM
Whoa, wait, what? PSU? Aw... I've been waitng so long I actually forgot about it!
PerfectChaos @ Oct 24th 2006 12:13AM
What, No GC version of Ultimate Alliance? Can't we get a fricken' bone here? The GC is tailor made for games likes this. I hope this is just a mistake and not actual fact.
