Dont forget the diner challenges, some of which are impossible due to cheaters.

If Atari dont hurry up with the patch people are going to stop playing the game. I have already heard of people stopping due to fears of loosing the progress they have made in the game.

The VW W12 is an unlockable car. You dont need trade for that, you just need to put in the time.

The trade function seems a little odd to me. All of the cars in the game are getable whether it is an unlock or just available for purchase. So you can only buy and sell cars that could be obtained from the dealers around the map. DLC cars wont be able to be traded because they are DLC. The only purpose the trade function serves is to get the achievement points.

The nonexistant system for finding friends is so mind numbing. I am also still burned by buying someones car for 600k to only find it never transfered. Money was taken- car wasn't delivered. Nice.

This Frickin' game went back a week ago after buying it at release. It's a shame that console gaming is going the road of PC gaming. Companies shipping broken games with the intent to patch later in order to satisfy the publisher. HORSESHIT! Fix the game or don't ship PERIOD.
How would you like to buy a brand new car right off the lot but when you try to start it, no dice. When you open the hood, you see a sticky note from Ford in the engine compartment that states... "Thanks for purchasing our automobile, unfortunately, the engine wasn't ready at time of shipping but should be available in 4 to 6 weeks..." They get sued out of existence so why do game companies get away with this? It's done a great deal of damage to PC gaming and only a fool would think that the same thing won't happen here.
