As long as they don't do it like Oblivion ( in the sense that the game is just a bunch of licensed technology to frame a very thin experience.. a game to take screenshots with) and the coop is ONLINE then I'll probably play it and enjoy it. Coop is one of those gametypes that I wish would make a more wide comeback.

The popularity of Deathmatch is no indicator that coop is NOT popular.. sigh. We don't all want to kill our friends rather than work with them.

Wow, how foolish we all were for liking such a blatantly shitty game. Thanks for pointing out to us how shitty Oblivion is, Becky. I really need to rethink my tastes. Thanks again.

I hope Bethesda doesn't make this one a crash-fest like they did with Oblivion...

I really don't think it's possible to out-do Clancy titles when it comes to tactical shooters.

I hope they do! Ubi has become rather a slacker in my book these past couple of years. The overly limited Splinter Cell and the no-challenge Rainbow Six have pretty much cut every tendon in my body in terms of making another Ubi game purchase.

And when Ubi decided to make the additional content download for Ghost Recon a pay-for condition (thus screwing their loyal followers and treating them like a beaten ho on the street corner) that last tendon for Ubi went out the door.

As such, I and my fellow players (private gaming) are now seriously considering other games like Gears of War. I see no reason why not to begin consideration on this one as Ubi already gives us expectations of low-reward and pimp future content downloads making loyal publisher practices for a title expensive $$75 and higher).

So, its not that I place great expectations on this game because Ubi reduced the bar during the past couple of years instead of raising it.

GhostDoggy hit the nail on the head as far as my friends and I are concerned. Some of us ,myself included, have been playing the Tom Clancy series since R6 on PC. We have seen the series devolve from a great tactical experience to a run and gun shooter.
And 15 bucks was a slap in the face for DLC.

The way I see it , The market for a real tactical shooter is in need of a developer with a hunger and a understanding of what made the Clancy games different from the other shooters on the market.
