I'm glad the Wavebird works on the Wii, because I have 3 and my wired controller is burned out.

Gotta have something to play Brawl

My guess about not showing the back of a dev kit is because it has different ports and such.

"I want a green Wii faceplate!!"
Whirlwind

You can get one for $2000 (plus proving that you are a serious developer as I doubt that they sell them to everyone).

Yeah, that WaveBird transceiver fits all nice and snug... and UGLY. Major style points stripped from Nintendo for not building WaveBird wireless into the console itself.

*Sigh* I guess it WOULD have bumped the cost up a notch... :-/

Why do people keep calling these devkits? I thought it was already confirmed on other sites that these are 'debug' kits (for games that have already been created on devkits to be tested on)? We've seen wii devkits before, and though they're not as hideously large as ps3 ones, I'm pretty sure I've seen them and they are still devkit looking and hefty. I'll see if I can find a link to a pic.
