We'd like to send a special congratulations to PSP Fanboy's
Andrew Yoon, who has now been
immortalized into a comic by
Dueling Analog's Steve Napierski. Andrew, please buy a red shirt. Also, in our rush to deliver the highest quality of craptacular introduction paragraphs, we forgot to mention that Napierski made his 100th
DA comic last week -- major kudos! Now that we feel vindicated to leave you out of the running, here are our picks for the best gaming comics of the week. Be sure to vote for your favorite! *
* ... or don't, whatever. I'm not the boss of you.

ctrl alt del is really terrible, i have to say :/
Crazylink @ Nov 4th 2006 4:02PM
PA is actually funny this time.
Francisco Sainz @ Nov 4th 2006 4:03PM
These are all horrible.
Phantos @ Nov 4th 2006 4:11PM
Oh boy. Yet another Weekly Webcomic Wrapup with a majority of highly popular brand-name comics. WHO'DA THUNK IT? =O
[/indy-comic jealousy]
Oh, and a Dilbert strip? Really? You guys are starting to scratch the bottom of the barrel on this one. Although, I admit it was far more entertaining than this week's CAD strips. And last weeks. Was that comic EVER funny?

I never thought I would say this but Dilbert strip is great!
Ian @ Nov 4th 2006 4:49PM
PA was acctually funny this time, but I voted for RPG TV. How is that not winning?!?!
MO @ Nov 4th 2006 5:08PM
You cheated. That Dilbert comic is a few weeks old.
Naruhodou @ Nov 4th 2006 5:14PM
If there's anything less funny than a webcomic, it's an actual syndicated comic strip.
PA was surprisingly funny, though.
Naruhodou @ Nov 4th 2006 5:17PM
Bah..that last post didn't come out right.
James K. @ Nov 4th 2006 5:37PM
It's amazing how RPG TV stole that exact joke out of a PA strip a few years back.
HN @ Nov 4th 2006 5:51PM
CAD isn't funny.
Ever.
LaughingTarget @ Nov 4th 2006 6:34PM
Dilbert isn't a few weeks old. The strip is dated (right on the strip mind you) 10/31/06.
_habit_ @ Nov 4th 2006 7:16PM
I'm glad you used my reccomended Dilbert comic (has to brag about being noticed)!
Anyways, yeah, it was the best this week.
Though the RPG-TV was a pretty close second, could have been better though.
John @ Nov 4th 2006 7:19PM
I'm disappointed Digital Unrest didn't get a nod this week. I thought it was hilarious.

I'm still rooting for Weird Comix with either their Cubone strip or their Mario one.

Ndric @ Nov 4th 2006 8:19PM
CAD is funny when it's not a comic within the story line.
Joe @ Nov 4th 2006 8:57PM
CAD wasn't even VIDEO-GAME related this week.
Niiiiccceee.
Bratch @ Nov 4th 2006 10:03PM
I believe the Dilbert strip was under NOTHING, so it was more of a joke than an intended contender. Also, it's too bad that the last week EVER that concerned will be eligible for the Wrapup it's not mentioned. Again.
Skyhawk @ Nov 4th 2006 10:33PM
I can relate to PA's comic this week. Me and a group of friends were heading to Mississippi after Katrina to help rebuild, and when we got on the plane my friends were all playing their DS's on wireless, even while the flight attendant was saying to turn off all the electronic devices. I was thinking that exact scene would happen...
It just made me enjoy this comic more. =)

@Look Ma, Promotion!
That one about the Cubone was great.
I'm voting for Penny-Arcade this round, though. Probably because it's so damn obvious, yet so damn hilarious.
Anon (sounds kind of like Ganon) @ Nov 5th 2006 4:34AM
wow, a really funny mix this week. or maybe it's just that i went to see borat last night and still can't stop myself from laughing. either way, why do so many people just vote for pa without reading it?!
SergeXIII @ Nov 5th 2006 3:41PM
Why is CAD on the list? It wasn't even video game related this week (nor funny, as usual).
Ziroi @ Nov 5th 2006 6:35PM
Dilbert FTW, ya. PA was funny this time around, but I usually never find them funny at all.
MG Midget @ Nov 6th 2006 1:58AM
GU and RPG are just (in my kneejerk reaction) PA ripoffs. Art style, "story" style, etc.
And... that Dilbert is rather exceptional - he's got a mouth!
abstract @ Nov 6th 2006 4:21AM
i agree with the previous poster who said they're all pretty awful. this guy's comic is 50 times funnier/better/radder in general: http://www.dothemathcomics.com/
aitmanga @ Nov 6th 2006 10:26AM
I found the one from value=dead_ quite funny this week
http://www.studiogibberish.com/ved/
CAD had its moments, but now seems like it lost its spark
MrTyzik @ Nov 7th 2006 12:38PM
Nothing good to choose this week.
Sebbo @ Nov 7th 2006 7:13PM
Blatently RPG TV gets it this week. Helarious!
ffresh @ Nov 8th 2006 9:51AM
Too bad mostly every webcomic I've seen sucked.. Except maybe, like, Jerkcity...
