Downloadable videogame sheet music
If you want to star in one of our Friday music posts but lack the ability to play an instrument, we can't help. But if you can play and only need sheet music to game songs, Brian Auyeung's Video Game Sheet Music site is the answer. While the site hasn't been updated recently, it lovingly hosts a few dozen direct song transcriptions and arrangements, as downloadable PDFs. So start practicing, and internet-fame may soon be yours.

I've been doing little things like this for years as well and, honestly, it's a lot of fun. You get a good amount of laughs and cheers from friends when you can pop out a video game theme on a piano or any other instrument and, beyond that, you can elicit some "he did WHAT?!" when you pop off some arrangements for small ensembles, bands, orchestras, etc.
Heh, I'm still fairly proud of my Ave Maria from Cowboy Bebop for woodwind quintet and Reconciliation from Suikoden 2 for SATB & String Bass. Good times, good times!

Hell ya! I haven't played in a few years, but this might get me to start back up.

No Chrono Trigger either...
Anyone know of any other websites?

Awesome, I'm heading to my piano right now to start practicing on the Wind Waker music. Though the Metroid Ending theme is the best by far.

You know, www.ichigos.com not only has a giant lybrary of music for games [and anime] as it is, but is always taking request from their giant reference to other sites with music from games [and anime].

Get Noteworthy Composer. Run any MIDI you can find through it. Bam, sheet music.

Yes! I want to be a star! And yes, I lack the talent. But if downloading this makes me cooler then download it is what I will do. Although I'm bit of a loser, I can probably give it out to those who can use it. Then we're all cool! :) (I'm just gonna watch others practice)
