OMGZ, so funny. Belly tats are hawt if you are all ripped up, but nast on people with tires, handles or muffin tops. Oh, I get it, you're supposed to grip the zapper at the handle where his love handles are. DURRR!!! Brilliant but going to be so un-funny in approximately 13 hours.
First of all lex, it is news because people havn't seen it. Why is it news that anything is happening??? 2nd off all, Joystiq is a videogame blog, not a videogame News source.
Ok, this person is trying to look like a hardcore gamer. But if he considers himself one, he should have had the grey gun tattoo on. Cause if you were like me, you had to hunt and hunt to find the gun when it first came out. Not buy a nintendo with the gun already prepackaged several years after the Nintendo was released.
"Woody, if I remember correctly, when the gun first came out (the grey one) it WAS packaged with the NES and Super Mario/Duck Hunt cartridge."
You are totally wrong, the gun was out before that combo cartridge nonsense they shipped later. How would you play the original duck hunt cartridge without the gun?
I may be wrong about when the gun came out, but I'm pretty sure at some point they were packaging the grey gun with the mario bros/duck hunt combo. That was the point I was trying to make.
Are you guys stupid? This isn't a NEWS site. It's a game-blog, which posts interesting things about games, which sometimes includes news, but not always. Stop bitching, seriously.
The thing that makes this even more funny, are all the comments on this post. It would be interesting to see what all the people who posted messages do look like with their shirts off. I am willing to bet, more than a few would look like our Zapper friend above...
Learn to laugh at yourself people, you may find that you will be filled with less hate and above all esle....it's fun!
@31. I kinda understand your point, but there's a huge difference in your analogy and what this guy's tats. The grey zapper may have been out before the orange one, but only by, what, two or three years at most? It's still an NES controller, and anyone who played it when it was still an active system can call themselves "old-school" I guess. When someone says, "yeah I had an NES back in 1987", you don't reply to them, "well I had one back in 1985 when they first came out! You just aren't hardcore, enough, dude." Cuz anyone who was old enough to actually reserve one of those systems maybe should get off these boards. My "hardcoreness" was determined by my parents buying me one when it first came out. That would make me 24 now...damn, maybe I should stop viewing these boards.
