I took at look at my email a few days ago and saw this survey and decided, "Fuck that, Im not giving them free marketing tips without me benefitting what so ever" and quickly deleted it. Guess I should have taken it

I would like a smallish wireless keyboard with a track point (like IBM and Toshiba laptops) and a web browser. I'd also like them to develop a good tilt controller game and package it with a small tilt sensor that plugs into the controller. I'd also like support for more external devices other than iPods and generic external drives.

black controller would be the essence of sweetness - don't care about the rest except for the 3.99 movie rental. I'd rather the movie be HD quality though.

"How interested would you be in using an integrated Xbox 360 Web browser that would allow you to access and browse the Internet over your Xbox Live connection?"

That would be teh sweet.

Considering that the wireless headset is $60, I'd pass on the pager-size keyboard even though it was revealed more than a year ago in a Powerpoint presentation abroad. I see no reason why they should support a standalone KB and mouse to go with that web browser.

The black controller sure spikes my interest.

I think all those features, in some way or another, should be integrated. Especially the Music/video store type thing. The arcade stick especially, that's been something many Live Arcade fans, like me, have been asking for for such a long time.

Logitech made a USB keyboard for the PS2. Gamestop stores have slapped a "Works on Xbox 360" sticker on it. It costs $9.99, and it's about the size of a laptop keyboard. I picked one up. Yeah, it's got a cord, but for $10, it wasn't a huge dent in the wallet. Plus, it sure is easy entering those 25 digit codes from MS points and Live memberships!

I'd get the premium controller if it came in white. Why destroy the beautiful symmetry that is white controllers/white console.

Some people mightbe missing the big picture here also.... Microsoft listens to its customers. They heard people complain about the d pad for arcade games and thats why it is int he works most likely. When the first xbox came out and the controller was ugly and enormous they changed it pretty quick. I dont see too many other video game companies listening to their fanbase as much as ms does.

The mini keyboard for the controller has been in existence for at least two years... Vanguard: Saga of Heroes was being publshed by MGS fir most of its life and they worked extensvely with the Microsoft team. During one demo they were using a 360 controller on a PC with a mini keyboard that plugged in at the south end (for lack of a better term). The people who saw the demo compared it to having a Blackberry sitting there between your thumbs. Brad McQuaid of Sigil Games was quoted in mid-2004 with this reference to the TID attachment for the 360 controller: "You can actually already play the game from a controller with a TID on it and it does NOT dumb down the game or the interface or any aspect of the game at all"

I would definately love a web browser because i dont have a computer near my 360. If there was a web browser i would definately buy a keyboard for it. Id say screw the black controller if its the same as the whites ones. everything else isn't worth commenting on at this point.

In theory I'd like a better d-pad but I don't know why I should pay Microsoft because they made the worst d-pad ever.

I want to pass on the browser. That is all I need is Sony Fanboys creating viruses that only affect the 360. The red rings of death are enough. Had another friend lose his last night when putting in GOW for the time, OUCH. I would like to see option though. I dont like FPS games on the pc but I have a lot of friends that do like them. Might sell more units.

How about paying $20-$30 a month to download\rent any movie I want in SD or HD? Bye bye Netflix payment and reliance on the US postal service. Though it'll then be reliant on the wonderful support of my Cox cable as my ISP. Hmm...

Web browsers on consoles is going to KILL a company's industry interests this year. Mark my words.

Video games are still seen as a child's past time, by and large. So, what is PTA-going, sunday school-teaching, Mrs. Soccer Mom going to say when their children's toys start serving them porn?

It will NOT be pretty.

A joystick is seriously needed for some XBLA games, and I'd pick one up in a second

Web browsing seems inevitable. And it would be a convenience. I'm not sure I'd replace web browsing on a PC over the 360, but it would be great to read Xbox 360 Fanboy from my console.

Hey Shmoe, maybe some of us don't read other blogsites okay? So seeing it a few days later than not seeing it at all is fine with me. Stop complaining about how joystiq is late and just move on to the next blog post so you can complain.

If an ergonomically comfortable arcade joystick is made, I would be interested in that, because I spend alot of my time playing XBLA games. As far as the other possiblities, I would be most interested in web browsing capability for my 360. However, I'm not really interested in adding a keyboard to my living room setup; instead, imagine setting favorites, home pages, autofill, etc., through xbox.com, and having them when I log onto my 360. It would be a great way to achieve a "happy medium" between keyboard / mouse browsing and using the 360 controller. Also, RSS feeds would be perfect for the 360.

Ooh, keyboard would be nice, as would a wireless arcade style joystick like the DOA one. A web browser would definitely require a keyboard otherwise it's going to be a nightmare.

Controllers in different colors would be nice, but d-pad operation should be good as standard, not some sort of luxury item. They really need to get a good d-pad solution going. I wonder if it's possible to transplant a Nintendo one into the 360 controller with a Dremmel, some duct tape and a bit of luck?

All I want is a joystick with six buttons on it and a stick that doesn't click loudly or spin in place.

That would do me just fine.
