Black Friday megadeals for Xbox 360
Sister site Xbox 360 Fanboy got the goods on some upcoming Black Friday deals yesterday. For those of you who may not know, Black Friday (so very appropriately named) is the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving, when stores feature gargantuan sales in an effort to suck shoppers in and kick-start the Christmas shopping season.Best Buy is having an $18.99 sale featuring:
- Amped 3
- Condemned
- NBA Live '06
- Rockstar Games Presents: Table Tennis
- The Outfit (apparently you can score this one for only $9.99 if you buy it in-store before noon)
- Full Auto
- Gun
- Perfect Dark Zero
- Quake 4
- Tony Hawk's American Wasteland
Your mission: take out other shoppers before they can get your sale items.

Yeah #1`,
Well, I'll pick up Comdemded and Quake 4 for cheap fun.

Here's the bottom line in case others have missed it....
Just as the "reasonable" launch date of the 360 is sometime about now.... give or take a few months, The "Reasonable" launch dates for the PS3 and Wii will be about 9+ months after their official launch dates where supply will hopefully be more ample. Be more patient and and can grab your own PS3, Wii, games, and accessories at MSRP without having to camp with bottles for urinals and use your car keys as a gouging device.
Heck, wait a 'lil longer and you might even pick up a few price cuts here and there.

Yup gotta say i have no idea what your comment had to do with this post, but okay.
Anyway, there are at least a couple games up there that i would not have purchased at full price but wouldn't mind buying at such a cheap price point. Table Tennis and Quake 4 are definitely not bad deals, and had i not already purchased Condemned that wouldn't be a bad deal either.

You guys need to try Condemned and Amped 3, two of the most underrated 360 games. Those are the kind of games that are too short for $60, but definitely worth it for $19. The only games listed up there I haven't played are Quake 4, The Outfit, and NBA Live '06, so I might just buy The Outfit.
By the way, my first day working at Gamestop was on Black Friday last year. In the mall. And I was a greeter. I wanted to quit after one day, but thankfully it never got (as) bad after that.

W/every1 whining, moaning, bitching, and scrambling to buy the PS3 and Wii to sell on ebay, end consumers would be better off waiting a year from launch date to get their fill of those systems. Example, note how cheap these 360 games are a year after the 360's launch (what this article is about)

Gonna get Table Tennis, The Outfit and Quake 4.
somenerd @ Nov 13th 2006 7:16PM
Karloff does not deserve to smell my shit!
blah @ Nov 13th 2006 7:35PM
outfit is a LOT of fun in co-op and vs. multi, not the prettiest girl at the prom, but she can boogie.
Agrajag @ Nov 13th 2006 7:36PM
How dare you assholes bring up Karloff? You think it takes talent to play Frankenstein? It's all makeup and grunting.
phan @ Nov 13th 2006 7:37PM
Now's your chance to get Table Tennis if you missed it - it's a great, incredibly simple yet wildly challenging game.
As for Perfect Dark Zero, I wouldn't take it if you paid me $18.99. I made the mistake of buying before trying with PDZ based on the reviews (and my experience with Rare in the past) - boy, was I disappointing. Easily one of the worst games for the 360.
