Wait, before this video, these guys seemed like they were macho.. like a Marcus Fenix type. But with their voiceovers, they sound like Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller team. Not the kind-of voices for a game like this.

I've got to agree with Adam... the voices/dialogue are a bit too cheesy for my taste. I'd be curious, except it's EA... so between Gears of War and Kane & Lynch... I could care less about Army of Two.

Im with the other 2 guys on this one as well. The voices made the buddy dialogue seem more like Starksy and Hutch buddy cop than Lethal weapon to me. The slapping and the kneeing looks like it can get old fast UNLESS you can do those moves online to other people.

I had high hopes for this but the voiceovers are a joke, it better play incredibly well to get my purchase.

Yeah lets wait till we see actual gameplay video before making comparisons to any game k?

Also, its going to be interesting to see how hard EA fucks the shooter scene with their micro transactions bullshit.

Where's Curly? You can't have Moe and Larry Co-op without curly . . . and no, Shemp will not do . . .

If this was from anyone but EA, I might be interested.

Their macro-payment philosophy of stripping everything out and selling it back to us is enough to make me not want to buy their stuff... not to mention everything else that EA does that I do not agree with.

You know I was going to give the game the benefit of the doubt, but the video looks boring. After experiencing co-op play on GOW and its high-energy fire fights, ArmyO2 looks like old people f$*k.

And after the comments from EA and the current outstanding quality games, I think I will pass on this one.

Looks pretty sweet, and the dialogue sounds pretty good - it sounds a bit more like Full Spectrum Warrior than anything whereby they use a little comedy to break up the action. I think that despite Tascan's quote that this could be an awesome game. As good as Gears of War? Who cares! I own multiple games, so I'm more than happy to have some variety.

I'll remain tentative until I see what road EA is going to take with the microtransactions, I heard the EA interview on Major Nelson's Podcast but I am still not convinced that EA is not trying to nickle and dime us.

Didn't remind me of the Owen Wilson/Ben Stiller buddy movies at all, and those are pretty familiar to me by now, considering that Owen Wilson plays the same character in EVERY movie he's in.

It looked decent, so here's to hoping EA doesn't do the silly microtransaction thing with it.
