It'd be pretty badass for Microsoft to drop this baby on Friday, or hell, even Thursday night, to show us exactly who is king of the new arcade game hill, so to speak. I'm still getting a Wii, but it'd make it hard for me to shut my 360 off, that's for sure.

Have they not been promising a certain number of arcade titles by Christmas? I swore last month that to keep that pace they would have to release 2-3 titles a week, and now it is getting to the point where they will have to release 5-6 a week to keep up. That's a lot of Uno decks. Let's hope the PDZ and The Outift deck is as great as the Kameo one. meh...

Maybe it is the impending release of the PS3 and Wii but I have been feeling a huge amount of buyer's remorse lately with the 360. And it is mostly due to the follow through on Microsoft's promises.

They promised a great content delivery system to the kiosks, with demos, content, exclusives etc. The last thing i got there was some Burnout cars.

The promised games on the arcade, and we get Defender and Dig Dug. Where's the original IP?

They are trying to sell me on HD movies to my 20 gig hard drive, with no larger hard drive in sight.

I have had enough games to keep me happy, but now they are allowing EA to ruin the marketplace.

Is anyone else losing the love?

Have you played GoW? I showed GoW to one of my friends that was planning on buying a PS3, he saw it and bought a 360 the next day...

Also, games like CoD3, Rainbow 6:Vegas are coming out or already out....

I haven't seen an exclusive game on the PS3 that interests me yet, not to say it won't but as for now I'm thrilled about all the content that has come and is coming to the 360, its amazing what a little competition will do for the benefit of gamers. I've gotten so used to playing games on Live, I don't think I'd risk $600 bones on a system with no proven track record with online multiplayer...

A suprise Friday release for Small Arms would be awesome. That said though...I have my doubts, it really seemed like the only reason UMK3 was popped out on Friday was because of a mistake. We'll see I guess.

@Ciscomancer, Relax dude. There are many indies on live arcade, and many more on the way. If you don't like all the retro games, stop buying them and try some of the indies instead ;) Also, thus far EA's only been mucking up the EA-related part of XBLM... at least I haven't seen evidence of it anywhere else, have you?

Back on topic, OMFG I hope it's true, I've been waiting extremely impatiently for this game since the first crappy cam I saw. It reminds me so much of Powerstone...
