Well of course there's gonna be noone to play against if the game just came out! Most players are probably still getting the hang of controls before they play online! Besides, a lack of opponents is in no way a fault of the developer and should not be held against the game's score.

What! 6.5! I bought this game two weeks ago, I've played over 100 online games and this game is amazing, and: as the duck said

"...a lack of opponents is in no way a fault of the developer and should not be held against the games score."

I completely agree, I would give this game atleast an 8.5. I haven't done a complete review but I know it would be better than 6.5.

I have to agree with number 2, I've had this game for around a week now and am loving it. There was a point maybe 2 days in where I didn't think it was as good as the other Tony Hawk games but once I got to grips with the controls it got as good as SSX Tricky on the PS2.

Give it time and get to know it, by the time you do, they'll be people online to play you.

A lack of online opponents CAN be the fault of the developer if they've failed to make it appealing / intuitive - but the review failed to explore that...

So in this case, I agree that reducing the score based on the lack of online opponents isn't a particularly good decision.
