Camthelion,
No, there is no official DVD box, it comes in a cardboard sleeve. This just makes it LOOK official.

if this cover is the same size as a regular DVD cover, then you could also get it printed on A4 paper

hehe. so, i rodered a second set of connectors (componet cable, ac adapter and sensor bar) so i could pop my wii around my house,a nd while shopping at nintendo added a replacement wii case just so i could do this.

I stumbled across this file this am, printed it out on 11x17 and found a director's reel that was in a white dvd case and finished it up.

Sorry director guy whose reel got thrown away without getting looked at!

-> 5. Actually, there is an official DVD box. It was on display at the european wii tour kiosks, nintendo just opted out of giving it to you yanks. Whether the rest of us will be more fortunate remains to be seen...

This is like the complete inverse of the Megaman 2 problem; the cover looks far superior to its contents.

I love the idea, but it would kick so much more ass if the covers were in PDF format. That way the margins would already be perfectly configured and you'd retain all the vector art's quality.

Again, I friggin' love the idea of that site.

I stuffed mine into the Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers DVD Box

I do this all the time, especially when the GC boxes were difficult to deal with, none of my media is in the right box...

I did something similar for my gears of war special edition. I took an old xbox case and designed my own GoW cover to slide into it. that big metal box just doesn't fit with my other games in a wire rack.

You can try going to your local Toys R Us and asking someone in the RZone if you can have one of their Wii display game cases. They should have extra since there is a specific endcap displaying the top Wii games.

I made one of my own that isn't exactly the same as the Wii Sports boxart shown. I'm also thinking of getting some legit Wii cases off of the nintendo store website.

Here's some pics of my Wii Sports case.

Just an fyi, virtually any printer able to print a standard sheet of paper (8.5" x 11") should be able to do 8.5" by 14" since the width isn't changing, only the length. The feed will just pull the paper through longer.

@19 Is there any way you could upload your cover somewhere? Out of all the fan-made covers I've seen, I like your back design the best.
