I clocked my wife in the nose last night returning a serve on Wii Sports Tennis. She was sitting on the couch behind me and leaned way forward to pick something up off the floor.

No. I'm sorry, but /no/. I'm all for Wii puns, but please people they just DON'T WORK when the original word isn't even pronounced with a long e. Wiik, wiimote, mii, my friends's 'Jeremii", wiiosk, even wiimote as derived from 'e-mote' are at least pronouncable. But 'wiinjuries'? No. Bad. 1up should just be glad I'm not going to hunt them down and rub their faces in it.

The dramatic injuries are not limited to just humans!

Last night, a curious cat went to sniff my hand JUST as I started a bowling stroke. WHACK! One cat that's afraid of Wiimotes!

I had an incident involving a rather low ceiling and returning a volley in Wii Sports Tennis that ended up with my middle finger being severly cut open. I was bleeding for quite some time. It still hurts to look at.

Wow, that was horrible. Maybye the wiimote should have padding...... better yet, squishy padding like the walls in a loony bin! No more cracked TV screens or wiinjuries!

My best friend (who is too damned tall) nearly took out the ceiling fan. He's now only allowed to play on the right side of the room.

I'm getting some Wii Sports elbow myself, but damn, I can't stop. It's too much fun.
