Personally White Knight Story is a much better RPG than BD. If you guys never heard of it, look it up. The trailer is great.

That's one of the dumbest things I've ever read. On 3 or 4 levels.

Cool. I can see a Gears trilogy. But this has a sequal and Too Human already is going to be a Trilogy. I hope those games don't suck nuts. Blue Dragon is 3 disks. In fantasy land there will never be games that take up more than a DVD of space lol lol lol

Wow, really? I haven't played either yet, so I don't have an opinion. When did you get to play them both? Or are you just doing the fanboy thing and choosing sides before actually experiencing either game?

@ Victor and AoE- I'm referring to what I'm seeing. Obsivouly I haven't played it, but people have made countless judgements on the Ps3 and never even played it before. It's called an observation.

Well Level 5 is making White Knight Story. So it's pretty much going to kick ass if you are into JRPG's If you don't like those you won't like either game

Here's an old trailer

Justice - "I'm referring to what I'm seeing"

Seriously... if that is true then don't make statements like "X is a much better RPG than Y", say something like "I'm more impressed by the trailer for X than Y". That will reduce the flames :)

Anyhow, I for one am really looking forward to seeing BD in the US. Unless the reviews tank, it is a must buy for me.

The sad thing is, if this was for the PS3, it would be number 1 on the famitsu most wanted list, and will be praised as the best RPG ever before it was even finished.

The same thing would happen if FF was exclusive on the 360. The japanese community would bash it, and call it the worst rpg since all western style ones (since they hate anything non japanese).

Hey Victor I STRONGLY prefer turn based RPG's and white night is a nice trailer! Awesome but it is only a trailer. I like turn based original style rpg stuff which is the people that are making Blue dragon thats why it climbed to top 3 in most wanted in Japan. When a Turn based good PS3 rpg comes out I will get it. (excluing enchant arms I already played it on 360 without it getting down scalled, just a little teasing!)

White Knight Story looks great but the trailer indicated that it is level based. Kind of like Mario World where you select a level on the world map. Not so sure I like the idea of this. I prefer to just explore an open world. Check out the latest trailers of BD on gametrailers.com

announcing a sequel now may just be the smarter move to make Japanese gamers hold on to their xboxes (and not return them after finishing the first BD) and in the meantime feed them other titles like Lost Planet, Viva Pinata, Lost Oddysey, Fable 2, Alan Wake.

oh, btw. it's rather sad to see jealous PSfanboys who want to make themselves feel better by discussing games that have nothing to do with the topic or the xbox360 console (which is the platform for Blue Dragon, thank u very much).

my 2 cents.

i dont own an Xbox 360 nor do i plan 2. it goes against my Playstation fanboy code. but for some unexplainable reason, i really wanna play this game. ive barely heard anything about it but i really really want it. dont think its enough to make me jump ship but it might warrant a rental and play at a friends house whenever it drops. very odd.
