
Nintendo announced today that total DS sales have hit the 7 million mark in Europe. Over 11.5 million units have sold to date in Japan with over 7.5 million units in the Americas bringing the worldwide total to just under 27 million according to estimates.
In addition flaunting new hardware totals, the company also announced that six different DS games have now sold more than one million in Europe alone including Brain Age, Animal Crossing, New Super Mario Bros, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart DS, and Nintendogs. The latter two sold 1.5 and 4 million units respectively, all Nintendo published titles mind you.
