It is just not worth it. I know how bad people want it, but trampling over people, robbing stores, and camping out is just not worth it. I am also a WII60 gamer at the moment and I think alot of u wil be this holiday season.
The XBOX 360 is picking up big on PS3s decreases in shipments. It will be real hard for people to wait until MArch for a 360 when the deals for a 360 are all over the place. Can you say $cha-ching for Microsoft and Nintendo?

My EB got a second shipment Monday morning and I got the last one at about 10:00 am, I didn't have a pre-order so I was really lucky. Hopefully they will finally get some controllers so I can get another.

yeah we're getting some into my target. We've actually been getting 5-6 PS3's every other day throughout all of last week and no Wii's have been seen since launch. Our store did not hold the Ps3's until friday, we put them on the shelves once they got into the store, but we were quoted to get some more in, Ps3 wise. As for the Wii theres no idea but I would suggest we'd get some in.

Best Buy will NOT have systems for Black Friday tomorrow, that I know of.
All stores were set to recieve a shipment of PS3 systems on Wednesday and should have rushed them onto the floor for sale immediately.
As for the Wii, they are set to be in the ad on Sunday and are being held until then.

I work at a Gamestop, and rumors like this sparked a lot of hell for us yesterday, and will no doubt cause us tons of trouble tomorrow. We don't have any Wii's and we CERTAINLY don't have any PS3's. In fact, whenever we get our next shipment of PS3's in, we are going to be giving them ONLY to the people who got shortchanged in the beginning.
But honestly, please, don't pile outside of our doors waiting for your next-gen system needs, we really don't want to have to tell you and your parents that we don't have what you're looking for.

Oddly enough, my local Vallejo, CA Best Buy decided not to sit on the shipments. They went ahead and sold about 18 yesterday. My good buddy was able to secure the last one of the day. But I dunno, maybe they're sitting on more?

BB is not sitting on their shipment till BF. I was at a local BB on Wednesday and they got 8 PS3s in and announced it over the PA and asked if anyone wants them to go to the front. In a flash, a bunch of people hightailed it to the front and got the units. So to say they are holding them till BF is total bull!

Scored a Wii at the Electronics Boutique at Burlington Mall near Boston, MA this morning... the Sears next door opened at 5, the mall shops opened at 6. Stood in line at Sears at 4:30, a line developed outside EB around 5:45. I was about the fourth person in a line of 10 or so, and got a Wii + extra Wiimote + nunchuck!

Well I already got mine from a pre-order, but I'm staying wiht my brother and his family for Thanksgiving, and the kids have been on the Wii I brought here non-stop...so I tried to get another one this morning at the Gamestop but was told (after waiting behind 10 people at 5AM) that they only had 4 Wii's and no PS3's. The biggest tragedy was once again, NO nunchucks!(and the girl on Wednesday assured me they would have them, bummer).

I sat outside my local EB Games this morning on a lark and had my wife sit outside of Target. *BOTH* EB Games and Target had no Wii. For both of them, the distribution center didn't get their shipment to them in time. I'm going to try my EB Games again around noon, but I'm not holding my breath.

6 Wiis this AM at Gamestop. Owner came early and asked who wanted them. First six said yes!! I was 11th in line. He also said who wanted a 60GB PS3 (as he had one.) No one raised their hand so I did....Hence, scored a PS3....YES!!!
