
Every time new media for Crackdown shows up, there are some who instantly chide the game for its "different" graphical approach. Though it is often derided as last gen in forums (and some of our comment threads) most people who have actually played the game say that it fits very well. A new trailer has popped up for the game, and, if nothing else, it does a good job of showing off Crackdown's graphical muscle. The closing segment of the trailer is particularly enticing. Upon seeing it, we can't wait to explore Crackdown's huge environment. We're beginning to understand why the developers chose to name their studio Realtime Worlds. Watch the trailer after the break.
Will this new game from GTA's creator, David Jones, unseat his masterpiece? Certainly they have their similarities, but in the end, it doesn't really matter as long as it's fun. Was this trailer enough to make you give Crackdown another look?
