well hmmmm i dont kno bout all of you but paying $400 to $600 for a game console that is the sme as the ones before it, but with the ability to a few extra hairs on a characters head verse paying $250 for what might be the most revolutianry thing in gaming yet is an easy choice. any day i'd rather pay the $250 to get up off my butt and get in the game then lose my college fund to be able to see a few extra buttons on some characters shirt....

I have a Wii and a 360 and although the Wii is fun the motion sensor controls are not great for shooting games , call of Duty and Red steel, and they can never play games 360 or PS3 can, halo & metal gear solid. Also some games , madden, are hindered by the motion control alhough its fun at first it gets annoyin after awile and u wish u were playing the 360 or PS3. Wii is a great concept but it needs to improve alot. Personally i believe the 360 is the best system , mostly due to online play. bring on all the comments fanboys

Here's my two ce- ..well, I don't have two cents, but I do have something to say. I have yet to scrounge up the cash for a 360, or find a Wii on the shelves, or even think of buying a PS3. But my friend owns both a Wii and a 360. The 360 was last played when Sonic 360 came out. After an aggrivating level where you are supposed to kill 30 or so enemies without getting hit at all, the 360 has been collecting dust. The Wii was purchased at launch, and the day after Zelda was purchased with it. Zelda is played every other day(though not by me, I have personal reasons for not playing zelda quite yet). However, the Wii is usually played for Gamecube games. My friend and I spent about 4 hours playing gamecube games just the other day. When we wheren't playing gamecube, he was using his PS2 to play the PSX remake of the SNES game Chrono Trigger. The bottom line is: there just aren't enough games on these new consoles to judge them properly just yet(Save the 360). So lets give it a few more months, shall we?

Hello? Black person here. I did not find her comment at all racist. She mean it as far as black color to white color.

But some of the other posts her conserning her post, seemed very racist, but maybe it's just me.

The Wii is a better seller because:

a) Tons cheaper. Compare $600, $500, and $250
b) Not too bad graphics
c) It's from Nintendo. People love Nintendo. Mario and Luigi I think....
d) It's a family game. Parents can finally play with their kid. And it's better for all ages. (Except if you're really old, then just watch and leave Wii Sports Alone.)

Again, LOADS CHEAPER. I wouldn't buy the PS3 if YOU paid ME. Unless you paid me 900 bucks then I could buy a PS3, and a Wii....But when would I have the XBox360?...

Or maybe gamers don't HAVE to argue about which console is better? I mean I own a Wii, and I love it. And yes, most people love it too. But does it matter? I'd buy all three consoles if I could afford it and bought games for all of them. But the Wii is fit for me. I wanted the change in gaming over the change in graphics. I wanted a cheaper console instead of one that would eat all my money and not buy any games.

People will always argue one company is better, but does it honestly matter? Everyone's a gamer, everyone enjoys beating up the bad guy, saving the girl, and being the hero. Choose your console for your preference. The Wii is my preference, choose yours.
