I remember a show called Good Game did a little interview with the guys from a Australian animation studio called "Plastic Wax", I actually remember seeing non-rendered footage of that Raptor popping his head up and looking at Lara. Took me a while to figure out why it looked so familiar.

Looks good, but she's not "drool worthy".

is it jsut me or has her bum and hips been made smaller - sure looks like it. Also, her face looks like a mix of the original and Angelina Jolie, which is a mistake cause she's butt ugly.

Nope, she's more vomit worthy now (OK, I'm being a bit extreme there)

I much prefer the TR Legends face of Lara. Her breasts were smaller but finer in Legends as well. So much for the "new more realistic Lara Croft."

But like the J. Geils song goes:

Definetly not drooling, i see very very stiff animation though, living beings are not made of iron, like this video would suggest, but flesh and bone.

Anyone else noticed the overly stiff movements?

No, I didn't drooling. And new face didn't make her sexier. Game engine feel same from last game. I stopped playing that game at motorcycle stage. Its horrible.

theres something about that FMV that seemed really 'off' to me. The in-game stuff got me kinda excited because..well, it looked like tomb raider, and its been a while since i bothered to play a tomb raider game, but thats about it. nice environments and stuff, but lara herself looks a bit too much like a ragdoll in that fmv.

Holy shit: for the first time in years I am excited about a Tomb Raider game. That trailer showed a bunch of the highlights from the original Tomb Raider game... and that was the ONLY good Tomb Raider game in my opinion. Count me in: looks like a lot of fun to me... Ah the nostalgia indeed...

Lara looks kinda tired if you ask me.

The model is not realistic at all, it looks exactly the way it was when it came out years ago. There's nothing hot, saucy, or droolworthy about it.

I wish they would have kept and updated the Legends model rather than throwback to the deformed-styled Lara of Tomb Raider I. I loved the new Lara from Legend.

C'est la vie. I hope the game is as good as Legend!

Well, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider Legends was a solid game for Xbox 360, GameCube, etc. and this new trailer seems to offer more of the same. If the team behind Tomb Raider Anniversary can deliver again, then hopefully this series will climb back up the ladder of quality franchises. Lara's looking good too.

she looks crazy "plain jane" to me.
isn't the point for her to be attractive? making her homely and look like every other average looking girl i've ever seen kinda loses what tomb raider had going for it.
instead of grabbing my eye and going "whoa" that just makes me go "meh."

She is starting to look like she's gone under the knife a bit too much. Her face also kind of makes me think of a Supermarionation puppet (Thunderbirds). Maybe if they showed the attached strings it would be better.

If I have to shoot a freaking bear one more god damned time in a Tomb Raider game I am going to stab my eyes out with the controller. If I wanted to pretend to shoot at animals I would go to the arcade and play that crappy hunting game with the poorly calibrated shot guns. WHO LIKES TOMB RAIDER!!???
