$45 wireless controller. to bad i already bought both of these things long ago.

but two friends just got xboxen so i'm hoping they'll jump on this.

I guess I am one of those 12 people. I am still waiting for a demo to try the game first. For two reasons. 1. I am picky about my 3rd person shooters and dont like a lot of them and thus wan to try it first and 2. on principle since they are not releasing a demo

Already have THP8 (really, really fun game btw), but I'm definitely going for the GoW deal. $39.00 seems like a steal!

Woo hoo, as one of the 12, I finally bit on Gears. I was worried when I went in at 10 am, but they must have had enough for the other 11 too! sweet. Great price, my friends have all been raving... now if i could only get my hands on a HDtv for $40... hmmmm.
