If your employees are getting their jobs done on time and with satisfactory quality, back off. Productivity is like sand and the harder you try to get a grip on it, the faster it will slip through your hands.

Blizzard endorses playing WoW at work remember!

Personally, I bought an adapter just so I could use my laptop as a TV and play my Wii at work!

HEARTS! SOLITARE! MINESWEEPER! These use up trillions of more clock cycles than all the real games.

Thank God I work at a place that encourages productivity with gaming, iPod use, telecommuting and other positive reinforcement ideas rather than whip-cracking micro management.
