I think that cooking on Wii is a silly idea. If it's going to be lifelike with motions and real recipes (and I'm supposed to enjoy it), couldn't I just go and cook something? I would atleast get to eat it...

Really looking forward to this on the Wii. If you are willing to use the Trauma Center port as a benchmark, it is quite possibly that Cooking Mama may be more intuitive , user friendly and fun on the Wii than it was on the DS.

I would agree with that on Trauma Center for the most part -- but there are some things about it I don't like (mostly that it's really just a port, no matter what they say), but I'll mention more on that later. As for the controls and such, yes, I fully agree -- TO is a great benchmark for how the Wii can take an interesting DS game and make it better.
