French developer In-Fusio has grown In-Furiated by all the obstacles in their path to making a version of Halo for mobile phones. Curiously, said obstacles are being hurled by the mighty arms of Microsoft -- now a target for In-Fusio's lawsuit. According to a report on GamesIndustry.biz, the developer alleges that the Redmond giant refuses to approve any of their game designs, leading them to halt the second of four $500,000 payments to the publisher. In turn, the lack of payment has caused Microsoft to axe the entire agreement and become a target for the lawsuit. After tinkering with Halo wallpapers and ringtones, the developer was set to develop a full phone game -- but Microsoft isn't having any of it. The developer says that "Microsoft has approved no fully developed In-Fusio game designs; ignoring and then refusing to accept In-Fusio's game design concepts with little or no explanation and leaving In-Fusio little basis to revise its concepts to obtain Microsoft's approval." Microsoft wants its money, and In-Fusio wants to make a game. Is this a deliberate failure to communicate, or are these game design concepts so horrific they inspire nothing but silence?
"So, you see, it's the classic mobile title, Snake! But with Master Chief!"
"Why ... why is Master Chief a snake? We don't think he's been a snake before."
"Well, not just any snake! A CYBORG snake!"
