I'd guess it's the pre-paid/empty booth story... it happens more than you'd think. A couple of years ago I was at CES with a small startup I was working at, and noticed on the show floor map that the previous startup I'd been working for was listed... which was a shock because I was under the impression they'd folded. A quick trip by their booth space confirmed as much. It wasn't the only empty booth I saw that year either.

Dénouement doesn't mean what you think it means. You mean resolution.

If you watch the movie "Goal: The Dream Begins" there's a scene where a soccer (football) agent is at a highfalutin' party.

The party's sponsor?

Gizmondo.

Kind of a shame the devs never finished Colors for Gizmondo. It would've been the first video game that makes use of and REQUIRES GPS. That would've been an interesting experience, even if not that well implemented.

Else, I thought M$ was backing up Giz since those handhelds ran Windows CE. Either way, it's out. Along with a different version of a Halo port for it.

@ackmondual

It is finished...
Only they had no money to release it and keep the servers up...
Just visit my website: gizmondo.rxshorty.nl

You can find colors over there ;)

word up rx

there are still alot of us die hard gizzi fans out there. homebrew is a alive and kicking on the format.

id like to see a return of the gizzi as a profesional enterprise but it would need a completely different management setup and not the sweedish mafia again.

lets be realistic however, its just a spnsorship deal thats being honoured post mortem.
