How is any of that even remotely possible, surely these people are all androids, or possibly Jedi. No human has reflexes that fast. Hell, I can't even type on a keyboard without falling off my chair.

The third video [fffff] is on Hyper, the middle difficulty, and not EX, which is the hardest.

I've seen the EX and it's absolutely insane. I think it's a 43.

Meh, the IIDX video was good, but it could have been a better Pop'n Music video. I'm better then the guy playing in that one. :\

I just cleared fffff Hyper today, too.
It's not a terribly hard 34, one of the easier ones, actually.

Though I'm nowhere close to clearing AA [a]...I can only pass 10s.

We really need Inis to up EBA/Ouendan to Bemani-esque difficulties. Then the world would be complete.

And this is why Japanese music games are so awesome. I've been playing DDR for more than 6 years, and I'm just getting into IIDX now that I have the means to do so. As fun as Guitar Hero, Amplitude, and other non-Japanese music games are, they don't hold a candle to the Bemani series.

I think music games are one of the best genres out there. And part of the reason I think Guitar Hero has gotten such good reviews is because people had their first exposure to a solid music game, and they realized "Hey, this is kind of fun!" What they don't realize is the Bemani series has been giving music game fans the best of the best in the genre for many years.

It's too bad they don't market well to the average American gamer. I'm surprised DDR has taken as well as it has, since the game is pretty Japanese. I guess they've done their best to Americanize the US mixes... right down to making all the US-exclusive songs brutally easy. :P

OMG dood! The guy that pulled a AA on AA is my hero, yo! There's no way in hell I can do that on another. I can barely play that song on 7-Keys.

No no, real men play on over-grown Fisher Price keyboards with 9 multi-colored buttons the size of ostrich eggs.

Duh.

Oh, and Happy Sky=awesome.
