The latest Gamefly numbers are in and the Xbox 360 once again dominates the top ten most requested games, though not as completely as last week. Lost Planet again tops the list and is again followed by Vegas in the #2 slot. But what's this? Crackdown, previously missing from the top ten entirely, has jumped all the way to number three. Hmmm ... what could have possibly made it so popular in only a week's time? More importantly -- and less sarcastically -- will a rental copy of Crackdown grant players access to the Halo 3 beta? Saints Row and Dead Rising have both been pushed from top ten. The rest of the list -- with the exception of Wario Ware: Smooth Moves for the Wii at #4 -- is a reshuffling of the 360 titles that were there last week. How long can the 360's wave of Gamefly popularity last? Full list after the break.
Most requested titles for the week ending 1/8/07
1. Lost Planet
2. Rainbow Six Vegas
3. Crackdown
4. Wario Ware: Smooth Moves
5. Call of Duty 3
6. F.E.A.R.
7. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
8. Viva Piñata
9. Gears of War
10. Tony Hawk's Project 8
Did any of you decided to cram Crackdown in your queue (gross) this week?
