GET A LIFE!

Honestly most of the time when mods are done in video game tech and such it's cool and just overall neat. This is just overall lame.

Look I'm playing on a 3 inch screen!!!

I'm surprised somebody hasn't already done this:

PLUG THE WII INTO SOME LCD DISPLAY GOGGLES!

Put them ON, use an FPS game, and VOILA, YOU HAVE YOUR VIRTUAL REALITY INTERFACE!!

In November, Engadget posted photos of the Wii playing on a doll-house tv. That's about a 1" screen.

So he is playing a video of the Wii on a GBA. take for instance the load time into Wii Sports Bowling, he never picks a Mii and the opening animation on the game. Then when he switches to Zelda the Wii menu doesn't reload, it simply appears with Zelda already in the Wii. Again no load time. It's impossible to play the Wii with out these load times, so he is obviously playing a video he captured and edited. Big Deal. I could play the video of my dog farting and clearing the room Christmas morning an be doing nothing more spectacular. Now at the beginning and the end he doesn't say I am playing the Wii, he simply says the Wii on the GBA, but while playing Zelda he says you have to sit pretty far back to use the pointer (which is bogus because you could simply place the sensor bar the required distance behind the GBA and i would work perfectly) but that it doesn't matter cause he won't play the Wii on the GBA all the time. So why lie, and then edit your video to easily prove otherwise on first glance. Either Jordan Starkwether is intrinsically stupid or hope his viewers are so he can get a good laugh at all the F*** Heads who argue over how cool he is his asinine idea to "play" the Wii on his GBA.

I'm glad someone else noticed that this was a fake. The speed with which he switches to zelda completely gives it away...

No, He skips the loads, notice the gaps or skips in the clip, on second 28 and 47, theres a skip, he just got rid of the actual footage of the load to spare us the time. Hell, you can even hear the sound skip. Also, sure, it would be easy to post that onto a GBA, in a still, which this is not. why is it so hard to belive a wii being played on a GBA? Also, the sensor bar thing, maybe he's just stupid and doesn't realize that? :P

Uh... you people DO realize that the Wii's pointer and the DS's touch screen can provide the exact same kind of gameplay right?

Sans motion sensing at least.

This is pointless.

SuperJumpMan i stand corrected. i failed to notice the editing jumps were in our video window, not on the GBA screen. It was never hard to believe, just not that impressive. If you can mod a video onto a GBA you can mod any video "player" like a Wii or PS3 or even your NeoGeo if you are so inclined. I posted because of his apparent lie, which you have shown was not the case. So apparently i have wasted all your time, for that I apologize . Good Day.

you can tell theres a video cut. it's not a tech demo, so i guess he assumes no one cares if the disc change isn't on video. This video is not a big deal, just a "nerd tech + nerd tech = UBER NERD TECH" but it's nifty none the less.

i think the real question is where to get the video-in GBA cart.
