Half-Life 2 console pack blushes orange
Why call it Half-Life 2: Episode Two when it just has so much more to offer? The latest issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly confirms that the upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 editions of Half-Life 2 have been renamed to Half-Life 2: Orange. No, really.Valve has come up with an entire world of alien life forms, postmodern physics and government conspiracies and the best title they could come up with is a color? We guess it's better than Half-Life 2: Head Crab-tacular Edition.
HL2:O includes the original Half-Life 2, Episodes One and Two, Team Fortress, and Portal. We think you can make a better title, so let's hear your suggestions.

It's already a perfect title. Nothing rhymes with orange, so it comes across as a unique game.

The only reason I can think of is because of Agent Orange, Valve has forced scientific names onto all of their Half-Life games; which makes "Orange" even more confusing.

@24: How the hell is this a rehash?
They're releasing one of the most popular games and its many award winning "sequels" all together in one bunch at the same time some of the sequels are being released on PC...for the first time.
By definition the fact that this game is released with brand new content simultaneously with its release on other platforms makes it the furthest thing possible from a rehash.
Its not even a compilation.
Anyhoo i'd vote for Half Life 2: Uber Pack
Because not like i'm a HL fanboy (promise) but i'd happily play all of these on my 360. I cant wait. And like somebody said if this retails for a reasonable price (even like 15 pounds more than usual) it'll be a must buy.

They could just call it Half Life 2 and put the other games logos underneath the title in smaller text...
It would look less stupid.
They better make a collectors edition. I don't want to have this money any longer than I have to.

How about "Half-Life 2: What's with all the random hating edition"
For fuck's sake, they're packaging what retailed as a $50 game, with two $20 each expansions, with two original games. I mean, as always kids: if you don't want to buy it, don't. But at what will debut at (presumably) the "standard" (vomit) $59.99 price tag, that's a hell of a deal no matter how you slice it. I don't see where fanboyism or some sort of crazy feelings against the franchise even enter the picture. Maybe you're satisfied with paying for incomplete or short games at the same price point, but I say cheers to Valve for actually trying to make a package worth buying.
But then again, I'm sure you can still find some way to bitch about this.
