well define cheap... do you mean cheap as in paying a low price, then no is not cheap. Or do you mean cheap as a piece of crap, then yeah it is cheap.

Is anyone else bothered by the fact that they compared the renaming of the Wii to 9/11, the Challenger explosion, and Kennedy's death? I mean, sure, the name change was surprising, but to compare it to nation tragedies is asinine.

@13, PS3 is cheap only if you want all the features.
I, for one, would rather have a basic version that I can add a hard drive and Blu-Ray later on *if* I decide to invest on it. I don't even care if it'll eventually cost me more than $600.
I have a Wii and 360 too. And I've already spent more than $600 on each of them.
As for a PS3, it hasn't even proved its worthiness and you want me to plunge $600 on it? No freaking way.

I think the PS3 is pretty cheap, considering what you get.

It's a HELL of a lot better value than a Wii for the hardware you get.

(For the record, I have exactly: a 360 and a Wii.)
