David004, no it didnt. At least mine didn't.

Alexanderwales, I agree with you that there is no reason to rush out to buy the console right now. But then again, my 360 has been standing in idle since Emergence Day (actually, scratch that. Once the GoW patch came out, I tested to see if they fixed the connection bug, and they haven't, and I don't have the patience to try and play 1 of every 12 games I try to connect to when Resistance gived me a 3:4 ratio on connections).

It all comes down to preference. Right now, 360 and PS3 look far to similar and while PS3 has the most developers of all three consoles, majority of that hail to a flag with a red dot in it. As time passes, that will begin to reflect in the lineups but for right now, PS3 is for the hardcore only. Then again, so is the 360. And by the way, the only console sitting anyplace close to an impulse buy right now is the Wii and even that's $50 over the magical casual adoption price. $400 for a 360 isn't something to brag about. Especially considering how drastically nerfed the core pack is compared to the SKU differences in the PS3. All are sitting above the impulse line. Which is why PS2 and Nintendo DS beat em all this last holiday.

But here's the deal jakey-poo (since you insist to call weaksauce on my list, I can degrade you too), I mentioned which games were on PC because if I have a choice between C&C3 on a console, with no keyboard and mouse support, paid online, and modifications dolled out occasionally but for a hefty price (it is EA after all) and a copy on PC, sooner, keyboard and mouse support, and the ability to modify my own mods from the ground up with anything from simple map hacks to full fledged Starcraft themed mods, guess which one I'm getting? Especially since I'm currently running a 512MB GeForce 8800? Which means, compared to the 360, it's better, stronger, faster, and infinatly modable. So you can tell me console exclusive means everything but for someone who's currently trying to do a full mod of UT2004 to a Gundam themed mod (and failing spectacularly), consoles simply don't exist when the PC version does.

And in case you missed it, I didn't list the console exclusives on the timed release like you did. Likewise, I didn't list the games currently in limbo like Ni-Oh. So once again, kitten. I did your challenge. In fact, my list consist primarily of games which have had recent mumblings about. And by the way, double check your list once again, BECAUSE GRAW 3 is PS3 bound!

This jives up with what I heard a few months ago via a different source. Apparently, my district manager where I work knows one of the guys on the Warhawk team, and he said that the game was just coming along terribly and that it was going to be download only.

#50 Sheppy you must be lying about your PC graphics card. Here's the problem, the Geforce 8800 only comes in 640MB RAM and 768MB RAM so how does yours have 512MB? If you are going to lie to make a point, at least do your homework first and get the correct info to lie about ;)

Also his list said GRAW1 and you are talking about GRAW2 and even a GRAW3, those would be different from GRAW1.

Sheppy-Also you do realize the PS3 has the equivalent of a Geforce7800 in it right? So doesn't that make your PC "better, stronger, faster, and infinatly modable" over the PS3 too? That argument goes both ways with consoles, of course PC hardware is always going to go beyond what's inside a console.

The PS2 is DOOMED cause it is hard to program and the Dreamcast is easier and nobody is buying the PS2 and Ken Kutaragi is full of it and, and I am gonna call my mommy if you buy a PS2....

Wait, what year is it?

"Sony is NOT that dumb to kill one of the games people really want."

~cough~GT PSP~cough!~

Really, that's so obvious. Don't get attached to Warhawk or Afrika or anything Sony makes a big deal out of. They just don't have enough money or people to make their BS come true.

Good to see that Dave Jaffe's taken this rumor down. Makes sense that it was started by a pissed off ex-employee. The game was pushed back to August, and I seriously can't wait to see how far it's come since TGS, especially after the huge improvements that Motorstorm went through.

"* Porn choose HD-DVD"

Your a sad little man. I guess M$ got this one in the bag now that the porn industry selected HD-DVD. How about the fact that HD-DVD encryption was cracked? Don't you think that may sway the format war?

Wow. Kids today. Quit griping and just enjoy whatever system you prefer. I have one, but like them all. It really doesn't matter one way or the other. We control this so-called console war, so why bicker about who's better and who sucks when we control that to begin with. You don't have to buy certain systems if their not what you want. It's kinda like a boycott. Either the corporation will succumb to us, or fail. All this hate of this system or that. It's pretty dumb. I think some of you just want to argue or cause trouble. If so, maybe you shouldn't be a gamer.

I have to agree with Rigalios. I've owned every system since the Atari 2600 (except for 3DO and Jaguar) and it's all about the games. Right now, 360 has me firmly in it's grasp. But I know that down the road something will come out for PS3 that I just want to play. When that happens, I'm sure I will own one of those too. Just give us good games regardless of system and we will play them!

The worst thing Sony did was preview this game at E3 in such an early state (or at least one would hope that's what it was). It is by far the most memorable mistake of the show. Remember the control? And the video of the ship being all over the place?

I'm not surprised they're having creative problems.

That they're retooling whatever, is likely a good thing, because what we've seen was perhaps the least interesting and comical of the previewed titles.

I dont think that Epic's UT2007 will be a PS3 exclusive considering the relationship Epic has with Microsoft.

Last I heard about Afrika was that weren't sure if it was going to be released worldwide or just for the Japanese market, or if they were going to market it at all.
