It's funny how this makes it thru certification but Crackdown doesn't...

I went over my frieds just to play the new levels and when we got there they were gone!

They only came out a few days ago saying they would come out today, that was a dumb move. Now it will most likely be several more days (weeks) until we get them. I want to play Crossings, it looks awesome!

I'm really not surprised. Treyarch SUCKS as a developer, there is no reason why a game should ship with that many glitches. I played COD3 on the 360 (own it, actually), and needless to say, I found 6 different kinds of glitches within 5 minutes in single player. (Things like shooting a german in the foot, he goes flying up in the air and never comes down. And I mean STRAIGHT up, too. It happened a second time, except he came down and landed on ME of all people.) Need I mention the multiplayer ones? Entire rounds of just falling through the map (i.e. You make yourself respawn, and you fall through AGAIN.), spawning in objects, spawning in the sky, invisible vehicles, walking through objects, falling through objects (i.e. you can see the upper half of their body, but can't kill them.), shooting through walls, takes 20 ****ING MINUTES to connect to and start a ranked game (not really a glitch, but still pisses me off). The list goes on. Methinks that they need to fix the existing glitches before offering new content. Infinity Ward would've NEVER let crap like this exist for this long, or even let it ship with this kind of stuff for that matter.

I think that even I could do a better job than them on this game. I bet that even Barbie Horse Adventures, a game geared toward people (and by people, I mean girls) who don't care about this kind of thing, pulls less crap than COD3 does when it comes to programming.

I don't know what problems you are having, I have had very few. I respawned in a tank and jeep before, and got stuck one other time, but never that's ok, only three times. I have never seen a ranked match take 20 minutes, 5 tops. So I think it's the operator, aka, you and not so much the game. You do stupid things in a gamestupid things will happen, yet you act shocked.

This is all on the developer. MS doesn't certify content, just the game itself.

CoD 3 is buggy? But they had a whole 9 months to make 5 different versions that HAD to be out by Christmas so Activision could get paid!

And why pick on Treyarch? They've made awesome licensed property games that everyone knows and loves, like Spider-man 2: Balloon Rescue and that Minority Report game that came out a year after the movie. Don't you think an awesome developer like that would be sure to make the best, least buggy game possible?

No more puns, please. I've already stabbed out one of my eyes, and I'm quite partial to the remaining one.

@4 and all CoD3 "haterz"-

I hadn't picked up CoD3 until last week because of all the bad things I had been hearing... I ended up getting it used and I have been LOVING the game! It may not be the right game for your average gamer, but if you love war fps, then it's a must have. I'm actually kind of bummed that I've been missing out for so long!

(and note, in my constant play of the past week I've not found any of the bugs you mentioned)
