I am all over that. Of course, I wasn't that disappointed about getting a $30 or $40 game for $22.50. I know I got less content...but I also got a lower price. Fair trade to me.
Looking forward to diving back into this game.

Done and done. I was a bit miffed at the original price but picked it up anyway. VS cpu mode would be worth 300 I recon for those who miss this promotion, and at 100 its a pretty good deal. Apology accepted Q.

I'll grab it.... and the first person to bitch about Gold members getting free content should be beaten with XBox360 wired controllers.

So now the *full* game costs 1400 points (original @ 1200 + CPU @ 100 and VS @ 100)? Is that correct?

Good to hear that new and inexpensive content is coming for XBLA's best title available.

And if I may brag a little:
I got the "200 blocks in 180 seconds" achievement last night.

:D

@Wargazm

It will be more than 1400 points. When the 1200 point game came out, there was also like a 400-500 point pack that had more backgrounds for the single player game. So, total the game will be like 1800-2000 points. I don't remember what that original expansion pack cost??

I will spend the 200 points and pick up the rest of this game.

VS CPU Pack (100 MS Points)

Puzzle/Mission Pack (100 MS Points)
In Puzzle Mode, try to create a certain shape (a dog, a heart, a number) by using the falling blocks. The new Mission Mode challenges you to clear all the blocks within a certain number of moves. You'll find 90 new puzzles and 40 missions included in this pack.

Heavenly Star Skin (Free for Gold Members)
Performed by a new group called Genki Rockets and produced by Q Entertainment's own Tetsuya Mizuguchi, the song's catchy and uplifting tune combined with equally striking video has caught the attention of many gamers and was recently nominated Best Song at the 2006 Spike TV Video Game Awards.

Genki Rockets is a hybrid group that consists of a few artists and will be collaborating with other artists in the future to bring new music and videos. Enjoy the music video in stunning HD and 5.1 Surround Sound as you play your way through the falling blocks.

The advance skins pack was 600 points. Technically it didn't add any gameplay though.

I hope these packs do not replace an Arcade title.

Great. And I just wasted my 100 points on gamerpics. Looks like I'll be getting some more, then.

Michael, it was the "no there is too much, let me sum it up". Enigo Montoya said that to Wesley after he woke up from being mostly dead.
