Koei's Fatal Inertia, Bladestorm to miss Euro PS3 launch

Two of Koei's most notable PS3 games (particularly notable for not being Dynasty Warriors) have been delayed in Europe until Summer 2007. The developer has opted to miss out on the Euro PS3 launch, instead spending some more time on polishing futuristic racer, Fatal Inertia, and non-futuristic hack 'n slasher, Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War.
No indication was given whether the delay affects the Xbox 360 versions.

I'm very interested to see how the Euro launch turns out, especially considering the low percentage of homes with HDTV.

Well, that and the fact the 360 and Wii have been selling like hotcakes over there. They just spend hundreds of Euros for a 360 and/or a Wii after Sony essentially said "Fuck you!" to Europe and Australia... are they going to pony up something that's the same price as them COMBINED, now?

Wait a minute...
The PS3's launching in Europe?!

I feel sorry for the Irish... would you wanna pay $800+ bucks for a PS3, later than all hell, with only the 60Gig option, and no perks for being second string launch... Well at least they'll have Resistance: Fall of Man. Wait what continent is overrun in that game, and needs to be bailed out by America? ...I'm sorry Europe, I really am, I wanted this to work out for you.

I'm running out of room to add the new nails to the coffin.

Yeah they're gonna sell them in bulk for $2.99 a pound.

I was wondering if this is WipeOut for PS3 ? I hope it's not because hovering through some canions ain't sexy to me.

call me a Sony pessimist, but this doesn't seem to be a big hit at all. I believe it's possible the Euro PS3 launch will be delayed at least till then. Then of course there's the matter of whether or not these games will be delayed again themselves
