Is there a feeding tube and a toilet hatch installed in it? Stuff like this really bothers me. It's things like this that make the "Why don't you take a break (picture of open windown and breeze blowing through it)" screen a necessity in Wii Sports. When the human race splits into two breeds I'll definitley be on the tall intelligent side of that dice roll.

Well... This is *REALLY* old news. Word was flying around about this like 5 years ago when I was fresh into EQ.

God Joystiq, you're *REALLY* reaching for something to publish, eh?

Equation. Find fancy gamer furniture, add in current big PC game title, stir for about ten seconds and you have a blog entry? l@m3rZ. How about you do an article on the recent trend of "|_33+$p3@|

...and yet the image shown still has the "user" reaching inward with his left hand to type, while extending his right to mouse. In ergonomics, this is not a "natural" or "neutral" posture - it's expensive crap.

Wow. Now I can get bedsores AND carpal tunnel syndrome all thanks to one ill-conceived design. Progress, thy name is Ergopod...

paging Rube Goldberg...

Wouldn't an updated version of those monitor glasses (specifically the sony glasstrons from a couple years ago) reduce this to an absurdity?

Hmm...you guys don't like it? If the user didn't have to reach *up,* against gravity, to use their keyboard & mouse, I'd be all into this. Think of how much better your leans-over-your-desk-to-play-FPS back would feel?

I've done this before with a different setup. You'd only last 15 minutes as operating the computer and thinking with your head against something, even if its soft will result to headaches. You could last more than 15 minutes lying down, maybe, if you're just watching movies and just relaxing.
